Training & Support

Time spent for a Support Package may consist of changes & additions that you are not comfortable doing yourself to your website. These jobs may include adding new pages, making design changes, uploading photos etc.

You have two choices for web admin duties:

1. You can hire us to make the changes by purchasing a Support Package ($50.00/ hour)
   
2. Take the FREE Training Course, basic training is usually 1 hour.

When you get a website designed by Haup2it, 1 hour of online training is included in your package. Training online is easy...we connect by phone and we login to your admin panel together.  I walk you through the system online and show you how to use the features of your site. You choose how much you want to learn and you may purchase extra training time (beyond 1 hour) if you need it. Additional Support is for more advanced services like ongoing design & development and can be purchased at a rate of $50.00/hour.
